Counter Surveillance TSCM Sweeps

Advances in technology have resulted the availability of cheap audio and video bugs that can transmit your private conversations to anyone who wishes, anywhere in the world. These advanced bugs can be disguised or hidden out of sight, and a counter surveillance operation or bug sweep carried out by specially trained bug sweeping personnel is effectively the only way to locate these devices and remove them. These bugs often come disguised as household objects, or are cleverly built into something you may already own. Small listening bugs can even be placed under furniture, inside electrical equipment, inside walls or under floorboards.

Advanced Reliable Bug Sweep

We will conduct a thorough TSCM counter surveillance search looking for Hard-wire, Radio Frequency, GSM and laser / Infrared bugs; we will also be searching telephones and systems. The search will consist of an electronic RF spectrum and audio search including a GSM search. We will carry out a room by room and area by area scan. Our bug sweep personnel will search all areas including telephones and phone lines both inside and outside the property.

Disabled & Switched Off Devices

Many bugs can be switched off remotely or are designed to go into a "sleep mode". This means they will not be transmitting when they are not being used. SAS Investigations have a wide variety of high level equipment, one such item is called a Non Linear Junction Detector. This is a military derived device used to detect and locate hidden electronic circuits from several feet away. It does not rely on a transmission, and will even detect disabled devices or those that do not have a power supply or charged battery.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE A REPORT?

    All sweeps carried out that result in a bugging device being located will be supported by a full report. Any sweep where a bug has not been present can also be supported by a sweep upon request (no charge)
